Event Overview
Each year Philip Morris USA brings its Media and Public Relations firms from across the world to one location to determine tactics and strategy for the coming year. In 2004, the key word was “engage.” To further illustrate the message from the working sessions, Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding, an off-Broadway and extremely interactive show was brought to the group. This highly exposed team had the absolute best time they have ever had at a corporate event.
Echelon’s Role
- Event creative and strategy – developed several key options that tied into messaging of conference – Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding was the result
- Management of production and technical rider for the show
- Ideas for and fulfillment of event “extras” including wedding matches, napkins, floral, cake and overall tacky décor
- Ideas for and fulfillment of attendee gifts and room drops
- Coordination with The Jefferson Hotel for all meals and A/V
