Anthem Blue Goo for Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield
Event Overview
Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield developed a signature youth event to draw attention to the obesity issue in America, while raising money for the Massey Cancer Center at MCV/VCU Medical Center. The event was held at the Richmond Raceway Complex and featured an obstacle/run course for ages six to fourteen. The finish line was punctuated with the Blue Goo Pit, where kids were promised to get slimed. The one-of-a-kind event culminated with a celebration concert performance by Brie Larson and Aaron Carter in the Classic Amphitheater.
