Chesterfield Air Show
Project Overview
Echelon assisted the Chesterfield Regional Airport in their planning of a world-class air show. Echelon recruited and managed all vendors, including food and beverage, for the estimated 30,000 in expected attendance. Echelon also coordinated the VIP Hospitality Tent and all aspects within including catering and decor, and assisted in performer check-in and operations.
Echelon also designed and produced a pre-flight party at a major sponsor's mansion the Friday evening before for performers, sponsors and County officials and dignitaries.
